I’ve Been THERE - That’s Why I Built This

Using a Science degree in Psychology, Professional Advice & Research,

I found practical ways to

manage my mood, rewire thoughts, & regain control over Depression.

During my last big depressive episode in 2021, I wasn’t sure I’d make it out the other side.

I promised myself if I recovered I’d create a space that teaches all the things I was privileged enough to learn.

Because not everyone has the opportunity to go to University, understand scientific papers or have access to therapy.

My support squad helped me get to here, but not everyone is lucky enough to have people in their corner.

This is my only goal - to be backing you in your recovery, reminding you that:
