    A 40-minute guided meditation, with no need for a camera or mic to be on. Complete it wherever you’re comfortable, preferably lying down.

  • Purcahse 1, 5 or 10 class passes, or included in your membership.

    Delivered entirely online, on the 12th of every month, with a recording sent afterwards to reuse.
